The returned item may be exchanged or refunded, provided that it is new and that the original packaging and all accessories are present. If these conditions are not met, the item cannot be taken back.

If you're not at home, the deliveryman will drop off your parcel at a post office. You will have between 8 and 10 working days to collect it, failing which the carrier will return the parcel to us.

The Refrigerated Beauty Box complies with the NFC15100 standard, so it can be safely plugged into your bathroom. The product operates on very low voltage, so there is no risk to humans.

This mini fridge must be placed at least 60 cm from the water supply.

Weighing less than 4 kg and containing no refrigerants, it's easy to transport. So you can take it with you wherever you go, even on vacation! 

The Beautigloo Refrigerated Beauty Box is designed for 100-240V operation and can be used worldwide. It can be used in Europe, America, Asia and Oceania. 

Each beauty refrigerator comes with several mains plugs adapted to different geographical areas.  

Our cosmetics refrigerators are designed to accommodate a complete beauty routine. Thanks to their removable shelves, you can arrange the interior of your cosmetics refrigerator as you see fit. 

Refrigerated Beauty Boxes (Classic and LITE) should be placed on a flat and stable surface. Be sure to maintain a distance of 10 to 20 cm between the back of your device and the wall.

For optimum efficiency, keep it away from sources of heat and out of direct sunlight.

It is also essential to regularly remove dust from the rear filter to prevent the air vents from becoming blocked.
This can be removed with a vacuum cleaner.

Your Refrigerated Beauty Box is covered by a two (2) year international warranty from the date of purchase (or date of delivery if later). If you encounter a technical problem related to the cooling of your appliance, please do not hesitate to contact us by email at the following address: [email protected]. Our technician will then contact you as soon as possible to carry out a remote diagnosis of your device.

If diagnosis cannot be carried out remotely and a physical intervention is required, the device must be returned to Beautigloo.

All interventions must be carried out by Beautigloo. Beautigloo does not cover transportation costs. Repair or replacement of the Refrigerated Beauty Box will not extend the warranty period. 

The Beautigloo warranty covers the full cost of your Refrigerated Beauty Box during the warranty period in case of failure, defect or malfunction of your appliance, when they are purchased directly from www.beautigloo.com or from an authorized Beautigloo retailer in France. The warranty does not extend to geographical areas to which Beautigloo does not deliver.

The Beautigloo warranty applies only to the original purchaser or the person receiving the Refrigerated Beauty Box as a gift, and cannot be extended to any other beneficiary at a later date.

The warranty applies only if the device is used for its intended purpose.

Therefore, Beautigloo does not cover the repair or replacement of the Refrigerated Beauty Box in the following circumstances:

- Normal wear (scratches)

- Accidental damage

- Damage resulting from inappropriate use

- Damage caused by non-compliance with maintenance recommendations

- Damage caused by external sources such as transport, weather, power failures and power surges

- Unauthorized disassembly, modification or customization

- Failures caused by circumstances beyond Beautigloo's control 

- Failures caused by : 

• Careless use, misuse, mishandling or reckless operation of the device;
• Use of the refrigeration function not in accordance with Beautigloo safety instructions;
• Use of the Refrigerated Beauty Box for purposes other than normal domestic use;
• Use of parts that are not genuine Beautigloo components;
• Repairs or modifications carried out by parties other than Beautigloo or its authorized agents.
